Fat to Protein Ratio on Carnivore: Why It Matters

Most carnivore problems I see are not mysterious. The man goes too lean, eats too little, feels flat, then decides the diet failed.

Protein matters. Fat matters too. If you remove carbs and then fear fat, you leave the body with no clean fuel source.

What Too Lean Feels Like

You may feel cold, wired, hungry, irritable, or strangely weak in training. Sleep can get lighter. The afternoon can feel hollow. That does not automatically mean carnivore is wrong. It may mean the plate is wrong.

A Better Starting Point

The ratio is not a religion. It is feedback. If the body is dragging, listen before you add another rule.
